Park lots: $3,500.00 / Season

Pond lots: $3,750.00 / Season

Lake lots: $4,000.00 / Season

Water and sewer are included.

Electricity is billed by a Meter.

Paid in full, or by 5 equal installments,

before the 1^st of each month of the season.

A $100 Discount will apply if Full Season

is paid in full by CHECK before May 1.
